Approximately 1trillion dollars is spent in the construction industry annually. NCTA is committed to bringing more of those dollars to our members and partners. We are accomplishing this based on several different factors all with a vision of improving our industry and strengthening our members. NCTA has created a community that works from within whenever possible. Most vendors and suppliers have offered special or national pricing for our members which creates loyalty from our members. It is time we not only create new customers but, more importantly long-term relationships.
The NCTA National Convention & Trade Show will be a unique and value-packed opportunity for suppliers and vendors to take their services and products directly to the segment that uses them.
NCTA is the only ALL TRADES society and we will reach millions of construction and real estate professionals in 2016. From general contractors to fix and flip real estate investors, we will eventually touch them all creating optimal exposure for our sponsors and exhibitors.

  • Approximately 1500 attendees / decision makers will attend the 2016 NCTA National Convention in Atlanta Georgia. Most all of them are the decision makers in their business so creating those relationships should be at a premium.
  • Exhibitors will enjoy more than 12 hours of exhibition time over the course of 2 ½ days. Educational workshops will be going on adjacent to the expo hall keeping your potential new customers close.  Networking and breaks areas are just outside the exhibition hall creating a constant flow of traffic through the hall.
  • In addition to exhibit space, there is also multiple other advertising opportunities available to maximize your exposure. All of these are first come first serve… no exceptions.

Exhibitor Information

Each exhibit booth is 10’ deep x 10’ wide’ Corner spaces on the floor plan below cost more. A corner space is any space having an aisle on two sides of the space, and which thus has greater exposure to foot traffic in the hall. Depending on how a booth occupying multiple spaces is configured, the booth might have two or more corners. A separate additional charge applies to each corner.  A 10% discount will be applied for any exhibitor purchasing more than 2 spaces.  Discount would apply to all spaces purchased.

Standard benefits for exhibitors include:

  • Set up of pipe and drape, ID signage, (1) table, (2) chairs and a waste basket. Basic exhibitor sign with your company name and booth number will be posted at your booth. The sign measures approximately 7 inches high by 44 inches wide.  Exhibitor may display additional signage at the exhibitors expense
  • Attendee list will be available by request within 10 business days of the closure of the event
  • Access to the Conference’s General Session for your registered booth staff and your registered conference attendees.
  • Access to any offered morning continental breakfasts and coffee breaks for the Conference and exhibit hall food functions for your registered booth staff and your registered conference attendees.
  • On-line Exhibitor Directory listing. Your company name, contact information, and description will be promoted in the Exhibitor Section of the Convention Program as well as in the online directory.
  • Exhibitor Services Kit. The Decorator will e-mail kits with shipping information and order forms for furniture, equipment and services.
  • Standard spaces that measure 10 feet deep by 10 feet wide and that can be combined to form a single larger space.
  • Pipe and drape back and side walls that are 3 feet high on the sides and 8 feet high in the back.
  • Three complimentary booth staff registrations for each 10 foot by 10 foot exhibit space. Up to three additional booth staff registrations may be added per booth by paying the appropriate Additional Booth Staff Fees listed above. Booth staff registered as paid conference attendees do not have to pay the Additional Booth Staff Fees.

** Any additions add-ons such as power cords, media, telecommunication, Wi-Fi and so on will be at the expense of the exhibitor. Ancillary charges will be billed at cost. A full description will be provided.
