Now you have the ammo you need to not only keep key employees but, you can attract the cream of the crop through the NCTA Advantage Program and you control it. If you hire new employees you simply sign them up and if you remove an employee you cancel their benefits. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.
We also realized that your workforce may be a combination of dedicated employees as well as 1099 sub-contractors… guess what, they all eligible as long as you are a member NCTA. Some of these products may be purchased in as Group Insurance saving you even more.
HERE IS HOW TO PARTICIPATE
All you need to qualify is to be a member in good standing of NCTA. This package on the street would cost you on average $300 – $600 per month per employee. We found that an unacceptable cost. NCTA has been able to secure the same benefits plus we have added to them and can make them available to you for $129 per employee per year. This does not include the cost of healthcare but, it does provide a way for them to purchase at deep discounts (avg. savings is 28%). We accomplished the insurance savings by engaging a companies that works directly with the carriers. This allowed us in some cases the opportunity to by-pass agents and brokers. Without the involvement of the agents and brokers we also by-passed their commissions and we have passed the savings along to our members. You won’t find many of these benefits in other association because this was exclusive to our partnerships.
